Job summary

White Lodging, a leader in premium hotel, rooftop bar, and restaurant experiences, is seeking a Breakfast & Lunch Server in Indianapolis. You will join a hotel restaurant and food & beverage team, delivering high‑quality service and a welcoming atmosphere for guests while supporting everyday operations and brand standards.

We offer flexible scheduling with shifting options via our app, DailyPay, and growth opportunities across multiple properties.

Qualifications

Previous server or food and beverage experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Excellent communication and active listening to read the table and guest needs.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality food and beverage service and create a welcoming dining atmosphere.
Set up, side work, and closing duties to ensure smooth operations each shift.
Know menu items, ingredients, prep methods, and garnishes to answer guest questions confidently.
Ensure guest satisfaction with food quality, presentation, and overall dining experience from start to finish.
Promote teamwork and maintain a safe, professional hotel restaurant environment.
Process payments and complete end-of-shift paperwork and reconciliation.
Maintain a neat, professional appearance as a brand ambassador for the hotel and restaurant.
Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
