Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly in English with customers and staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain professional.

Responsibilities

• Spend the shift patrolling hotel interiors and perimeter to identify security risks.
• Communicate verbally via pager and radio; assist with emergencies calmly.
• Maintain order, handle policy violations, and escort guests or staff as needed.
• Answer safety hotline calls and document incident information legibly.
• Learn fire safety procedures, monitor life safety systems, and report hazards.
