Valor is seeking a Security Specialist to safeguard hotel assets, guests and staff. You will patrol buildings and exterior areas, respond to security concerns, and document incidents following established procedures.

The role requires physical stamina, strong communication, and aptitude with reporting software. Responsibilities include investigating incidents, maintaining access control, and supporting related operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of hotel layout and life safety systems.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, walking, light lifting).
• Proficiency with computers for reporting and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises including parking areas.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies per policy.
• Document daily security reports and incident logs.
• Investigate security incidents and complete required forms.
• Assist in access control and cash handling as needed.
• Support shipping/receiving operations and enforce policies.
