Hilton Anaheim is seeking a Security Officer to join our team. You’ll contribute to guest safety and hospitality while patrolling the property and supporting security operations.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid Guard Card, be able to work 8-hour shifts, and be flexible for weekends/holidays. Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Guard Card.
• Flexibility to work a full shift (8 hours).
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or security is a plus.
• Able to walk/stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Conduct security patrols of interior and exterior hotel premises to identify safety risks.
• Assist with investigations and document findings for security incidents.
• Maintain accurate security reports and records.
• Respond to emergencies, safety hazards, and incidents.
• Provide exceptional guest assistance with professionalism and efficiency.
