Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel or related field preferred.
• Flexible with long hours and shift work.
• Ability to stand during the entire shift and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Effective communication with guests and staff in a courteous, service-oriented manner.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises to maintain security and safety.
• Use proper radio etiquette and maintain contact with Front Desk and Night Audit.
• Respond to emergencies and assist guests during medical incidents.
• Investigate incidents, document reports clearly, and assist with security operations.
• Monitor access to secured areas and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
• Assist guests with entry to rooms and provide escorts as required.
