Responsibilities include supervising security personnel, reviewing shift activity and incident reports, coordinating emergency responses, and collaborating with HR on audits and interviews.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience in a hotel security environment.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office/Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline security personnel per SOPs.
• Review activity reports of all security shifts daily.
• Review incident reports for clarity and accuracy.
• Relay information in emergencies to designated management.
• Assist outside agencies with communications.
• Assist in supervising investigations.
• Implement emergency procedures (fires, bomb threats, weather issues, outages).
• Maintain property patrols and logging of safety issues.
• Ensure compliance with Innkeeper's Laws and Loss Prevention SOPs.
• Train staff in MSDS, HazComm, Bloodborne Pathogen procedures.
• Assist HR with locker room audits and security interviews.
• Review payroll hours for security staff and assist in scheduling.
