Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises including corridors, lobbies, parking areas, and restricted areas to detect and prevent security risks.
• Monitor security cameras and alarm systems; respond promptly to suspicious activities or breaches.
• Investigate disturbances, emergencies, or accidents and document findings in incident reports.
• Escort guests and employees as needed for safety, especially during late hours or emergencies.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety compliance.
• Respond to guest safety-related complaints or requests with professionalism and discretion.
• Assist in crowd control and access management during events or high occupancy periods.
• Conduct safety checks on fire exits, doors, and emergency equipment.
