Job summary

SVR Management II LLC is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to protect guests and staff, patrol hotel premises, and respond to emergencies. You will work to prevent incidents, document events, and coordinate with front desk teams to maintain safety and security standards across the property.

The role requires vigilance, clear reporting, and adherence to FEHA and other applicable laws, with responsibilities covering access control, incident investigation, and guest assistance as situations arise.

Responsibilities

• Protect hotel property and guests by patrolling premises.
• Maintain communication with Front Desk and Night Auditor and the lobby area.
• Monitor and review daily activity logs.
• Report incidents clearly and promptly.
• Assist guests during emergencies and with room entry.
• Respond to medical and security incidents.
• Investigate complaints and incidents per hotel protocols.
• Ensure secured areas are monitored and access is restricted to authorized personnel.
• Complete incident/accident reports in a clear and concise manner.
