Job summary

The Westin Dallas Downtown is seeking a Hotel Security Officer to help maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. You will patrol the property, monitor surveillance, and respond to incidents with calm, professional security when emergencies arise.

You will collaborate with hotel management and local law enforcement, complete incident reports, and train colleagues on safety procedures. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; prior security or law enforcement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior security or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high stress situations.
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
