Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid Certification required and kept current annually.
• Experience in Security/Loss Prevention preferred.
• Valid vehicle operator's permit to drive security vehicle.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel areas and exterior lots; observe and report incidents.
• Document daily security logs for thefts, accidents and violations.
• Complete security forms for property losses or injuries.
• Respond to alarms, determine action, notify authorities and perform first aid as needed.
• Investigate security incidents and enforce hotel policies.
• Maintain hotel key system security and manage keys as required.
• Escort and witness cash handling; assist in shipping and receiving operations.
• Remain professional and provide high level guest service during stress.
