As a Hotel Security Guard at Precision Security Team, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for the public at your assigned location. Your responsibilities will include addressing security concerns and handling requests as needed to ensure the safety and satisfaction of clients and the community.

As a member of our team, you are expected to embody and demonstrate Precision Security Team's core values and code of conduct in all aspects of your work.
Your schedule would be 11:00 pm - 7:00 am, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week. Please do not apply if this does not align with your availability.
Due to city and client requirements, candidates must be willing to obtain a Denver Security Guard License with a Plainclothes endorsement immediately upon hire.
Our office is located in Fort Collins. Candidates must be willing to travel to Fort Collins for an interview and training.

Pay: This W2 position pays $25.00/hour. Employees working 30 or more hours weekly are eligible for health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, accident, and hospital indemnity insurance. Colorado offers additional benefits such as the Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program, providing paid leave, and a secure Roth IRA savings plan.
Hiring Process: Assessments will be scored based on responses to questions and proper use of grammar and written communication. Please avoid responses like "see resume" or "can be discussed during the interview." We seek detailed answers with specific examples or thorough explanations.
Our process begins with resume review, followed by an initial phone screen for selected candidates. Successful candidates will be invited for in-person interviews with the hiring manager and management team. During the interview, please use the STAR technique to answer behavioral questions, outlining Situation, Task, Action, and Result. This helps us assess your skills effectively. If successful, a job offer will be extended, followed by background checks and onboarding.

Our approach emphasizes verbal de-escalation and conflict resolution. Physical intervention is only permissible if an individual poses an immediate threat, and such techniques will be taught during mandatory Phase I training.
