Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in law enforcement, security, military or related fields preferred.
• Must obtain CPR, AED and First Aid certificates.
• Must communicate clearly in English and possess good radio/dispatch skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to all incoming radio and telephone transmissions.
• Dispatch appropriate security personnel for assignments and coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services as directed.
• Provide information to Security and Agua Caliente Gaming Commission personnel; ensure safety of guests, staff and assets.
• Maintain radio communication, CCTV surveillance and proper etiquette with security staff and the public.
• Review video footage to isolate incident activity and document in logs and reports.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain surveillance media storage and equipment inventory.
