Job summary

SREE Hotels is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead our hotel sales efforts from the Charlotte corporate office. The role focuses on driving topline revenue, market share growth across group and transient segments, and aligning strategies with General Managers, Revenue Management, and marketing.

The VPS will mentor sales leaders, build pipelines, optimize pricing and channel mix, and ensure execution of high-impact sales plans across the portfolio. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive hotel sales leadership experience is required.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, and/or Hyatt brands preferred.
