Job summary

Arbor Lodging is seeking a Dual Sales Coordinator to support sales and marketing activities for its hotel portfolio. The role involves handling reservations, building group bookings, managing rooming lists, and ensuring adherence to brand standards while maximizing revenue and guest loyalty.

You will serve as the main client contact and respond to questions and requests. Responsibilities include assisting clients with reservations via hotel databases, processing vouchers, folio and billing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Hotel Front Desk/Reservations experience
• At least 1 year in a Sales Coordinator role
• Must possess strong computer skills
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted
• Ability to work weekends/holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with reservations and booking through hotel database.
• Create group bookings, manage rooming lists, and handle changes.
• Assist clients with vouchers as well as folio and billing inquiries.
• Be point of contact for pickup reporting and distribution of resume and BEO packets to teams.
