Arbor Lodging Management is seeking a Dual Sales Coordinator to support sales and marketing activities across our hotel portfolio. You will manage reservations, group bookings, vouchers, folios, and client communications to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in front desk/reservations and 1+ year in a Sales Coordinator role, with strong computer skills and weekend availability. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Hotel Front Desk/Reservations experience
• 1+ year in a Sales Coordinator role
• Strong computer skills
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted
• Weekend/holiday work required

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with reservations and bookings through hotel database
• Create group bookings, manage rooming lists, and handle changes
• Assist with vouchers, folio and billing inquiries
• Serve as point of contact for pick up reporting and distribution of resume and BEO packets
