Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Sales Manager for a Courtyard Indianapolis property. Based in downtown Indianapolis, you will drive revenue by winning new accounts and nurturing existing relationships across Leisure, SMERF, Business Travel, and Group segments.

You’ll partner with the Director of Sales to fulfill sales goals, conduct outreach, and lead client visits. This role emphasizes strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; hotel sales experience a plus; valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and professional selling skills; ability to negotiate, influence, and multitask independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Drive results by meeting assigned sales and revenue goals; pursue strategic outreach to maximize opportunities.
• Proactively reach out with solicitation calls, lead sales tours, and host clients from Leisure, SMERF, Business Travel, and Group segments.
• Grow and nurture existing accounts across all segments with attentive service and engagement.
• Monitor market trends in your segment to stay ahead and capture emerging business.
• Represent the hotel professionally in the community and industry organizations; adhere to standards and regulations.
• Develop deep knowledge of hotel operations and policies; participate in meetings, promotions, and special functions.
