Job summary

Courtyard Indianapolis at the Capitol is seeking an Area Sales Coordinator to support the Director of Sales and the sales team with clerical tasks, guest communications, and light selling for small groups.

Shifts are Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm, with responsibilities spanning file maintenance, lead tracking, and coordination of meetings and events in a downtown Indianapolis hotel setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; related field preferred.
• Typing speed of 55 wpm or faster.
• Proficiency with Microsoft OS, OnQ and SalesPro Enterprise.
• Clear communication and quick, accurate decision making.
• Ability to handle stress and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Assist DOS, Sales Managers, and Catering Manager with clerical tasks.
• Handle guest and hotel communications through the sales team.
• Light selling duties for small groups and functions.
• Maintain organized sales files and lead logs.
• Attend meetings and record minutes as needed.
