Responsibilities

• Conduct aggressive sales calls and appointments; spend ~80% of time in active sales solicitation.
• Assist DOS in annual marketing plan and action plans for market segments.
• Prepare and send proposals; follow through to convert leads to definite bookings.
• Document room blocks, meeting space, and catering requirements for accurate reservations.
• Gather and route booking details, billing info, and VIP arrangements; coordinate with catering team.
• Maintain sales quota and weekly sales call reports.
