Hampton Inn & Suites – Portland / Pearl District is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the hotel’s sales efforts and drive revenue through strategic planning and executive relationship building. The starting salary range is $65,000–$85,000 per year, with full-time benefits and opportunities for growth in a dynamic hospitality team in Portland,

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role is required.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and CRM systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
