Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group in Austin, TX is hiring a full-time HOTEL SALES COORDINATOR to support hotel sales activities at AT&T Hotel and Conference Center.

The role includes greeting guests, coordinating schedules, assisting the sales team, and handling travel arrangements, with a Monday–Friday day shift. Prior hotel or sales experience is preferred. We offer meals, uniforms, laundering services, and a range of associate benefits.

• Previous hotel or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
• Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
• Attend meetings in the executive's absence and delivering and receiving messages on executive's behalf.
• Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
• Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
