Peachtree Group is seeking a Hotel Sales Coordinator in Florida to assist clients in booking meeting and event spaces and to support the sales team. You will liaise with hotel departments and outside vendors to ensure events run smoothly.

You will answer inquiries by phone and email, provide details on facilities, packages, and promotions, and coordinate with clients and suppliers to deliver excellent service.

Competenze

• Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
• Answer client/bookers questions about property facilities/services.
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email.
• Coordinate internally with the sales & marketing team.
• Generating reports, preparing proposals, coordinating with clients & suppliers.
