Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking an on-site Hotel Sales Coordinator to help clients book hotel meeting and event spaces and support the team within the department. The coordinator also collaborates with hotel departments and outside vendors to ensure events run smoothly.

Responsibilities include answering inquiries by phone and email, coordinating with the sales & marketing teams, generating reports, and preparing proposals for clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner.
• Answer client/bookers questions about property facilities/services (hours, rates, room types, packages, promotions, etc.).
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate by phone and email.
• Coordinate internally with the sales & marketing team.
• Generate reports, prepare proposals, collect details, and coordinate with clients & suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hotel departments and outside vendors to ensure events run smoothly.
• Respond to client inquiries and manage communications regarding meetings and spaces.
• Prepare and deliver proposals and maintain event-related documentation.
• Work with the sales and marketing team to support booking activities.
