Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the hotel’s sales and marketing efforts at Courtyard by Marriott New York JFK Airport. The role emphasizes driving room revenue, building strategic campaigns, and mentoring a diverse sales team to achieve targets.

The successful candidate will manage client relationships, forecast demand, and collaborate with operations to ensure a seamless guest experience. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred; or a 4-year college degree and at least 1 year of related experience; or a 2-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license in the applicable state required.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to negotiate, sell, and influence.
• Thorough experience with professional selling skills: opening, probing, supporting, closing.
