Responsibilities

• Sell and negotiate group and local corporate accounts with guidance from the Director of Sales.
• Develop relationships within the community to expand the customer base for sales opportunities.
• Provide accurate turnover to internal stakeholders to ensure successful client execution.
• Be accountable for sales goals and monitor progress toward them; attract and retain customers.
• Conduct site inspections and property tours with prospective clients.
• Conduct weekly sales calls in person or via phone with clients.
• Understand market dynamics and identify competitive selling opportunities.
• Utilize sales prospecting tools and log activities in the required software.
