Job summary

The Graduate Hotel by Hilton - Tempe is seeking a Hotel Sales Coordinator to identify potential customers, develop new business relationships, and drive revenue for our unique Tempe property.

You will coordinate tours, prepare proposals, and engage with clients to showcase our hotel and event spaces. A strong focus on service, teamwork, and proactive communication will help grow loyalty and group bookings.

YOUR HOURS

This position requires a flexible schedule and dependable attendance. You'll represent the hotel professionally while supporting sales initiatives, client events, site visits, and business development activities as needed.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT

As our Hotel Sales Coordinator, you'll spend your days identifying potential customers, developing new business relationships, and helping clients discover everything our hotel has to offer. You'll connect with prospects through outreach efforts, follow up on inquiries, coordinate property tours, prepare proposals, and build trust with organizations seeking accommodations and event space. You'll work closely with internal departments to ensure client expectations are met while helping generate revenue and strengthen customer loyalty through personalized service and proactive communication.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior sales experience
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work successfully both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with standard office equipment and technology
• Ability to travel to client locations
• Ability to regularly bend, reach, kneel, pivot, and handle materials as part of daily responsibilities
• Ability to push or pull up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 20 lbs.
