Job summary

You will lead a team of sales and marketing professionals and collaborate with departments to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of hospitality sales and marketing principles, and the ability to build lasting client relationships with corporate partners and guests.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive hotel sales experience or an accredited degree with relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for negotiating and influencing clients.
• Strong selling techniques and analytical/strategic sales skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate group, transient, and catering sales to maximize revenue.
• Develop and manage annual budget, marketing, PR, and sales programs.
• Conduct outside sales calls, lead tours, and entertain clients.
• Negotiate contracts and secure best terms.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Track top accounts, forecast opportunities, and meet goals.
• Train staff and manage performance within the sales team.
