Qualifications

• Ability to stand for the duration of shift and lift up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Strong communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
• Shampoo carpets in public areas as needed.
• Shampoo furniture as required.
• Assist guests with luggage in a friendly manner.
• Handle Lost and Found items per hotel policy.
• Clean guestrooms as needed.
• Know and assist in emergency procedures.
• Maintain hotel equipment in good working order.
• Store hotel equipment properly.
• Complete special projects from the Housekeeping Manager.
• Strive to ensure guest satisfaction.
