Job summary

Regency Hotel Management in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, inviting guestrooms and deliver courteous, efficient service to guests.

You will load carts, strip beds, and ensure rooms meet hotel standards. Additional duties include safety checks, reporting maintenance needs, preparing rooms for arrivals, and responding to guest requests with attentiveness.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience required.
• Attention to detail.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load housekeeping carts with all necessary supplies.
• Strip all beds in checked-out rooms and drop dirty linens to the laundry before cleaning.
• Obtain executive housekeeper’s signature on work assignment sheet.
• Vacuum, sweep, dust, and clean rooms to hotel standards.
• Inspect room for safety hazards and proper operating conditions of equipment.
• Check for damaged linens.
• Report lost and found items and maintenance problems to a supervisor.
• Prepare rooms for guest arrivals and respond to special guest requests.
• Record room status on work assignment sheets.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Load housekeeping carts with all necessary supplies
