Primary Responsibilities

1. Loading housekeeping carts with supplies
2. Turning off electricity (heating/cooling to fan or cool)
3. Stripping beds and dropping linens for checked-out rooms
4. Turning off lights, stripping beds, and dropping linens immediately for new check-outs
5. Cleaning the cart and labeling bottles correctly
6. Ensuring rooms are cleaned thoroughly within 25 minutes in a fast-paced environment
7. Obtaining supervisor’s signature on work sheets
8. Vacuuming and sweeping floors
9. Dusting and cleaning surfaces and appliances
10. Cleaning bathrooms and removing used amenities
11. Inspecting rooms for hazards and damages
12. Reporting lost items, maintenance issues, or special room problems
13. Preparing rooms for guests and responding to requests
14. Maintaining storage and stock levels
15. Managing linens and laundry
16. Recording room status
17. Performing other duties as assigned

Education/Experience

• Previous housekeeping experience required
• Attention to detail

• Availability to work weekends and holidays
