Coury Hospitality seeks an experienced sales and revenue professional to drive total revenue and yield strategies across hotel operations. You will lead budgeting initiatives, collaborate on forecasting, and shape pricing to maximize occupancy and rate integrity.

The role requires coaching and developing Sales staff, coordinating group and transient revenue, and staying ahead of competitive trends to sustain growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong revenue and yield management skills and experience.
• Proven ability to leadSales teams and train staff in hospitality settings.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and price optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee annual Sales & Catering budgets to hit revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Revenue Director on forecasting and yield management.
• Recommend sales/pricing strategies to stay competitive.
• Hire train and evaluate Sales staff to meet hotel standards and values.
• Set booking and consumption goals for the Sales team and monitor progress.
• Coach and motivate staff; analyze market data to adjust actions.
