Job summary

Coury Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Director of Sales to support the Director of Sales in driving revenue through group bookings, corporate accounts, meetings, and events. This role develops sales strategies, manages key client relationships, and supports the sales team to achieve revenue goals.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field with 4–6 years of hotel sales experience and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of hotel sales or hospitality experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel sales processes, group bookings and event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities in corporate, group, and leisure markets.
• Support initiatives that increase occupancy, event bookings, and overall property revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and event planners.
• Conduct client meetings, site tours, and presentations to promote the property.
