• Prepare reports and analyses for the RM meeting.
• Evaluate group bookings and provide impact analyses to GM.
• Review revisions to group bookings and adjust analyses.
• Explore market mix variations to stimulate revenue.
• Oversee incentive programs; provide payback analyses to GM.
• Maintain revenue management software and systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Front Office to meet objectives.
• Establish pricing levels and manage daily inventory for sale.
• Monitor competitors and market demand; inform actions.
• Assist in annual hotel budget development and analysis.
