Job summary

Hilton Waikiki Beach Hotel in Honolulu, HI is seeking a Full-Time Restaurant Server for our MAC 24/7. You will be a true team player who is organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with availability for all 5 shifts per week.

The role focuses on delivering hospitality, upselling menu items, and using the MICROS POS, while maintaining dining room standards in a dynamic hotel setting on the island of Oahu.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• HI TB Clearance required.
• Ability to work any of 5 scheduled shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing a Can-Do attitude and genuine hospitality.
• Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service.
• Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems.
• Assists service team as necessary to meet and exceed the guests’ expectations.
