Job summary

The Ambassador Hotel of Waikiki, Tapestry Collection by Hilton, managed by Highgate Hotels, seeks a server to deliver top-quality guest service in a busy Waikiki dining environment. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure hospitality standards are consistently met.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent, are comfortable standing long hours, and can multitask with a smile while upselling menu items.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel or related field experience preferred.
• Flexibility with long hours required.
• Ability to stand for the full shift and move with trays of food and beverages.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Receive and deliver guest orders and handle payment.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, specials, and restaurant operations.
• Prepare dining areas, bus tables, and assist in setup and closing duties.
• Upsell food, beverages, and promotions to guests.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and a warm, friendly experience.
