Qualifications

• TIPS or CARE beverage service certification desired, or the ability to obtain certification is required.
• One or more years of previous guest service experience required.
• Demonstrated exemplary customer service and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to walk continuously while prepping and delivering food and beverages.
• Must be able to speak, understand, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Anticipates and responds to guests in a friendly, positive and timely manner.
• Provides the highest quality service and establishes rapport with guests.
• Active up-selling of menu items to maximize revenue.
• Keeps a clean, safe work area and adheres to health rules and local liquor laws.
• Follows cash handling/POS procedures and cost-control measures.
• Maintains knowledge of specials and promotions and supports team operations.
