Job summary

Crowne Plaza Portland Downtown - Convention Center is looking for a full-time Restaurant Server to provide excellent service to guests and enhance their dining experience. The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable about food and beverage standards, have customer service experience, and be able to adapt to various situations while maintaining professionalism.

The position requires working evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a rate of $16.30 per hour plus tips. Benefits include paid time off, hotel travel discounts, and a subsidized bus pass.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of customer service principles and needs assessment.
• Experience in food service with health codes and sanitation knowledge.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities
