Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Dallas is seeking a Bus Attendant to support the restaurant team by clearing tables, refilling water, restocking supplies, and maintaining dining area cleanliness. This role ensures a smooth dining experience for guests and supports servers with service needs.

Education: a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Prior restaurant/hospitality experience is encouraged, with a focus on teamwork, efficiency, and strong sanitation standards in a fast-paced setting.

• Able to lift up to 30–40 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests.
• Assist servers by refilling water, delivering bread, or supporting service needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and floors.
• Restock silverware, glassware, napkins, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Remove trash and dirty linens from service areas.
• Support servers with food running as needed.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Provide professional and courteous assistance to guests when needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
