Job summary

Hilton Dallas Park Cities in Dallas, TX is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional guest experiences from seating to payment. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, relay to kitchen, and ensure timely service in a fast-paced hotel restaurant.

Experience in serving, strong communication, and knowledge of POS systems are preferred. You will stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and work weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to stand and move continuously, lift up to 25 lbs, and multitask under pressure.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and dietary needs.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets and seats guests, presents menus, and explains daily specials.
• Accurately takes and enters orders for food and beverages, relays orders to kitchen, and serves promptly.
• Monitors guest satisfaction and resolves issues with professionalism.
• Processes payments and handles cash/credit transactions securely.
• Maintains a clean and organized dining area and adheres to safety and sanitation policies.
