Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Knowledge of menu items, allergens, and beverage options.
• Attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25–30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input into POS.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly with proper presentation.
• Check back with guests and anticipate needs.
• Process payments, handle cash, and balance receipts.
• Maintain table cleanliness and reset tables as needed.
• Communicate guest needs to management or kitchen staff.
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
