Gordon Tavern, located inside The Gordon Hotel in downtown Eugene, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our premier restaurant. You will oversee daily operations, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and team development, partnering closely with hotel leadership to deliver outstanding hospitality.

The role requires 5+ years in restaurant management with GM experience preferred; strong P&L, budgeting, and labor control skills; and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant management experience, GM experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L, budgeting, and labor control.
• Proven leadership with a passion for developing people.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality every day.

• Experience working within or alongside a hotel environment is a plus.
