Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily restaurant and bar operations at our Houston hotel outlets. You will drive guest satisfaction, uphold brand standards, and support the leadership team in achieving financial and service goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership on the floor, strong collaboration with culinary, housekeeping, and front desk teams, and a commitment to training and associate development in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Previous food & beverage supervisory experience in hotels, restaurants, or resort environments.
• Strong guest-service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with POS, inventory, and cash-handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations during shifts to ensure smooth, professional service.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and communicate priorities, reservations, VIPs, events, and staffing needs.
• Maintain cleanliness, setup, and readiness of outlets for service.
• Monitor service quality, accuracy, timing, and guest satisfaction; manage guest concerns.
• Coach and develop associates, provide feedback, and support scheduling and staffing decisions.
