Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors and team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of hotel and resort grounds, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with hotel staff, guests, and emergency responders as needed.
