Job summary

Palmas Hospitality Management LLC is seeking a Bartender in Humacao, PR to prepare and serve beverages while delivering superior guest service. You will manage cash, ensure proper beverage preparation, and maintain inventory in a fast-paced hotel or resort setting.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of bartending experience, knowledge of cocktails, and can work weekends and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; position is full-time with on-site duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of bartending experience, preferably in hotel, resort, restaurant, or high-volume bar.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Experience operating POS systems and handling cash transactions.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices and applicable regulations.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per hotel standards.
• Ensure proper beverage preparation and accurate cash handling.
• Maintain inventory control and conduct regular stock checks.
• Keep a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
