The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer-facing roles, strong organizational skills, and comfort with digital systems. This is a fully remote position with a Monday–Friday schedule, with potential weekend/holiday flexibility

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest reviews in line with brand voice and service standards.
• Track open concerns and elevate issues to appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system updates for departing units.
• Support guest review management and reputation tracking across multiple platforms.
• Coordinate resolution of guest concerns and ensure follow-through with internal teams.
• Manage the full unit termination and offboarding process from start to finish.
