Vista Investments, LLC is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead a pipeline of hotel renovation and brand-conversion projects across California. The flagship project is based in the Sacramento area, with additional properties throughout the state.

You will work closely with ownership, architects, contractors, vendors, and brand representatives to drive projects from concept through ribbon-cutting. The role requires strong PM experience in hospitality, familiarity with PIP/brand conversions,

Competenze

4+ years of construction project management experience in hospitality, hotel renovation, or multi-site capital projects.
Experience with major hotel brands (Marriott, Best Western, Hilton) and brand conversion/PIP knowledge is a strong plus.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, scopes, and risk, and coordinate across stakeholders.
Travel frequently within California to project sites.

Lead end-to-end project management for multiple concurrent hotel renovation and brand-conversion projects in California.
Serve as primary liaison between ownership, architects, GCs, vendors, and brand representatives during design and construction.
Develop and manage budgets, schedules, scopes, and procurement timelines for FF&E and OS&E.
Ensure renovations meet brand standards, PIP requirements, and safety regulations.
Conduct site visits, prepare progress reports for senior leadership, and track milestones.
