Job summary

Altisource is seeking a Field Project Manager for Construction Operations in Northern California (Sacramento). You will lead RENOVATION management, engage contractors, and drive project scopes, estimates, and schedules to meet client expectations.

The role requires extensive experience in single-family construction, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to travel up to 80% across markets in the Western U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of REO/REIT construction experience.
• Strong background in single-family construction, remodeling, and national/state-level PM.
• Advanced construction knowledge with strong decision-making and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with RenoWalk, HOVER/EagleView and MS Office.
• Reliable vehicle with valid license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead market operations across Northern CA and Western U.S. on-site.
• Create scopes of work meeting client specs and design guides.
• Bidding/estimating using RenoWalk or approved tools.
• Coordinate client specs with local contractor teams; ensure capacity alignment.
• Guide full project lifecycle from awarded scope to completion; manage schedules and budgets.
• Oversee procurement and approvals with contractors and internal teams.
• Present monthly operational updates to Renovation Management leadership.
