Job summary

TalentoHC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex hotel refurbishment, maintenance, and modernization projects in a hybrid Miami-based role. The role manages scope, schedules, budgets, and quality from planning through closeout, coordinating with hotel teams, vendors, OEMs, procurement, and logistics to minimize guest disruption.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of PM experience in hospitality, architecture/design, or logistics-heavy environments, with ability to travel

Qualifications

• 4+ years of PM experience managing refurbishment/renovation/maintenance/capital projects.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, budgets, schedules, and change orders.
• Strong planning, cost control, procurement coordination and QA.
• Able to travel internationally and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel refurbishment, maintenance, and modernization projects from planning through closeout.
• Define project requirements and develop scopes, schedules, budgets, work packages and execution plans.
• Manage projects during guest hours and off hours to minimize disruption.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure materials and parts availability.
• Oversee contractors, vendors, OEMs, and partners through all phases of execution.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure quality and brand standards.
