Job summary

JLL in Miami, FL seeks a Hotels & Hospitality Senior Project Manager to lead ground-up and renovation projects for luxury hospitality developments. You will partner with owners, drive schedule, financials, FF&E oversight and client meetings to deliver results across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in hospitality project management, travel flexibility (0–4 days/week), and a strong background in hospitality construction. This is an on-site role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Architecture/Engineering/Construction Management preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant project or construction management experience.
• Hospitality, Hotel, F&B, Luxury construction project management experience required.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel renovations and developments from start to finish.
• Manage on-site leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and FF&E oversight.
• Issue RFPs, consultant contracts, invoicing, budgeting and reporting.
• Travel 0–4 days per week; based in Southern Florida/Miami area.
