Job summary

TalentoHC is seeking a Project Manager for Hotel Technical Maintenance in South Florida with hybrid work and up to 40% international travel. You will lead technical maintenance, lifecycle management, and upgrade initiatives across vessel fleets, coordinating shipboard and shoreside teams.

The role requires a strong technical background in maritime systems, plus 3+ years of project management experience in cruise, shipyard, or related environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical discipline is preferred.
• Experience managing technical maintenance, lifecycle, or capital projects in maritime environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage hotel technical maintenance, equipment lifecycle, replacement, and upgrade projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, work plans, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate across shipboard and shoreside teams to track milestones, costs, and risks.
• Oversee contractors, vendors, and riding crews ensuring safety and compliance.
