Job summary

The Berkeley City Club seeks a friendly Front Desk Associate to warmly greet guests, handle check-in/out, and uphold a professional atmosphere in our historic setting. You will use ClubEssential/AutoClerk and work closely with staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates have hotel front desk or customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and are available for overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in hotel management software ClubEssential and AutoClerk.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
